Clare Edwards
Group Weddings Manager

I’m Clare Edwards; Group Wedding Manager for The Urban Wedding Collection at Urban Pubs & Bars. I’ve spent over 10 years working in the wedding & events industry, helping couples plan bespoke celebrations, from beautiful countryside estates and stylish city venues to destination weddings abroad.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of supporting hundreds of couples through every stage of their wedding journey, from the first viewing to the final moments of their day. Working across such a diverse range of weddings has given me a real appreciation for how personal each celebration is, and the importance of every detail reflecting the couple at the heart of it.

Today, I oversee weddings across The Urban Wedding Collection, a growing portfolio of unique venues. I’m particularly passionate about the creativity the spaces allow - full of character, atmosphere, and personality; where couples can truly make the day their own.

My goal is to make the process feel exciting, smooth & stress-free. From sharing advice, helping couples shape their vision, and ensuring everything runs seamlessly on the day, I love being part of such an important moment in people’s lives and creating weddings that feel completely unforgettable.

I’m Anjali Joshi, Senior Weddings Co-Ordinator at The Urban Wedding Collection.

I’ve spent the past 7 years working in hospitality; with much of that time focused on unions and weddings. While I’ve always loved the fast-paced nature of events, weddings quickly became my favourite. No two celebrations are ever the same, and there’s something incredibly special about being part of such an important milestone in people’s lives. I enjoy getting to know each couple, understanding their vision, and helping shape a day that truly reflects them.

My goal is always to ensure every couple feels looked after from the moment they begin planning. Whether it’s an intimate gathering or a larger celebration, I believe every bride and groom deserves to feel prioritised and experience a touch of luxury throughout their wedding journey.

One of the most rewarding parts of the role is seeing everything come together on the day, watching the couple surrounded by their friends & family, knowing all the planning has helped create such a memorable moment. With the variety of venues across The Urban Wedding Collection, we’re able to offer couples a beautiful backdrop that perfectly suits their style and story.
