Can you legally get married in a pub?
Yes, as long as the venue holds a civil ceremony licence, you can hold both your ceremony and your reception in the same place. We hold ceremony licenses at several o our venues and have relationships with many local town halls near our venues. Pop over a enquiry if you want to know more.
How many guests can you have at a pub wedding in London?
Our venues suit everything from intimate gatherings to larger celebrations, with room for up to 120 seated guests at our largest and smaller, more intimate receptions elsewhere in the collection. Our Traditional package is designed for 60 or more guests and our Twilight package for 50 or more.
How much does a pub wedding in London cost?
Pub and bar weddings are often more affordable than traditional venues, largely because the space needs so little decorating and the catering is handled in house. Our Twilight package starts from £4,500 and our Traditional sit-down package, which includes a three-course meal, starts from £10,000. As we have a range of venue with different spaces we can fit within a range of options - let us know your budget and we can let you know your options!
Can you hire the whole pub for a wedding?
Yes! Exclusive hire is available at a number of our venues, giving you the whole space for the day into the night. Availability varies by venue, location and date, so it is worth enquiring early.
Do pub weddings work for winter or midweek dates?
They are ideal for both. Cosy interiors and warm lighting make our venues especially atmospheric in winter, and midweek dates often offer better availability.
